Lessons

Sneez and Sherrie both teach drum lessons with the idea of the student becoming a musical drummer who actually plays to all styles of music while at the same time learns to read drum set notation.  Practicing to music paves the way for students to play with live musicians in the future.  Check out our "Student Fest" and our "AMPD" tours (click the buttons to the left).  Sneez and Sherrie also teach proper technique (for hands and feet), the essential drum rudiments (and how to apply them to the drum set), all styles of music, fills and soloing.  Sneez is known for his ability to teach advanced players and take them to the "next level" with a highly motivational attitude.  Sherrie is well known as the "chick drummer's" drum teacher in town, and also has developed a fantastic method of teaching very young children (as young as 4 yrs. old).

Sneez teaches Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays at the "Groove Garage" located at 6374 South, 900 East.  He also teaches Tuesdays and Wednesdays at "Backbeats Drum Shop" located at 6089 S.
